Indeed!! Fairly simple setup too. Create your control item in the Automation Control app, download the Automation Control Template shortcut, and rename it to the same name as the control item. Add your actions into the shortcut and assign it to your automation trigger via the Run Shortcut action. 😊
This looks cool. Will have to give it a shot. It's basically a customizable IF statement for your Shortcuts.
It still relies on the user manually running a Shortcut or the available automation tools in Shortcuts. What it does do is give you more control over what happens after a Shortcut is run.
