I was shocked and saddened to hear about the shooting of Brian Thompson. But then I learned it was just the ceo of an insurance company and not the villain from the 1986 classic film "Cobra". I checked, and actor Brian Thompson is, as far as I can tell, alive and well. Big sigh of relief.
