on 10/27 we bought a new faucet and the installation package at lowe's. they installed it 11/3. also 11/3, the installer said, "uh, this is a defective faucet" & thus we haven't had hot water since before 10/27. 11/3 lowe's said they'd replace it. said to call 11/6. i did, no update. call today. 1/2
