- ST/kicking has been unacceptable. Get a dedicated coach or replace langwell. Every kicker he’s brought it just misses.
- S&C needs to be looked and FIXED
- hard not to take this game as a glorified scrimmage. Playing QB4, yoi cant expect much

Seeing schools like Indiana, ASU, etc etc just win kills me.
We are so far behind in every sense.
Just to give an example: AD, HC, CMO all absent on social media on a year where Cal is finally making a buzz.

1) Secure JKS + hope for some flips
2) Replace AD in next couple months + hire a GM both of whom would set the expectations for the HC moving forward
3) Replace the S&C staff
4a) If Bloesch is to stay, hire a an OL coach.

I’ve tried not to think about it because it annoys me but has this season not been filled with a lot of cultural victories, I’d be having a hard time being excited for next year.
You see teams like GT just having crazy turnarounds etc etc.
