Those six Democratic lawmakers who were military veterans and made a video urging officers, soldiers and sailors to refuse an illegal order seem somewhat more purposed and insightful now that we learn our military returned to fucking strafe civilian survivors to death after blowing apart their boat

FBI documents show the agency spent more than $850,000 on overtime pay for agents tasked with processing and redacting Epstein-related files. Here's how we confirmed the records are authentic:

Bloomberg reporter Jason Leopold sued the FBI and DOJ for the files as part of a Freedom of Information Act request.

PSA: Andrew Solender pays Axios' bills by ragebaiting all of you.

And it works every fucking time, too.
For some reason Democratic leaders seem to prefer telling voters what they won’t be able to do, rather than what they’d like to do.

If Hegseth ordered a war crime and lied about it, shouldn’t Ds try for impeachment? Put Rs on the spot. They might get a few defections.

Jeffries says not to expect Democrats to pursue Hegseth impeachment over boat strikes

It's not just that the White House won't commemorate World AIDS Day.

It's that Trump has needlessly decimated lifesaving HIV/AIDS research. It's that his administration has cut off resources to help eradicate this disease around the world.

Hurting people and helping no one.

In 1956, the Supreme Court ruled that segregation on public buses was unconstitutional, and the Montgomery Improvement Association, which had organized an extensive carpool system, called for an end to the boycott on Dec. 20, 1956. The bus system was officially integrated the next day. /5

Mostly, it's because eels need our help. They're critically endangered, seeing a c.90% drop in population in the last decades.

But it's hard to get people to care! 'Cause...eels are gross & slimy. 1/2
