I'd be very surprised if he lived to next summer (and I've seen a number of well-considered articles that agree), and even if he does, by that time, his dementia will be so bad that he'll be truly incoherent.

One of the biggest takeaways from the Epstein file release today was that Jeffrey Epstein in 2018 and early 2019 was telling people he had dirt on Trump which could destroy Trump. That is very likely why the Trump DOJ charged Jeffrey Epstein in July 2019 and then "suicided" him.
