All these fools who want to cut Medicaid should be enrolled in Medicaid instead of their gov healthcare and see how they feel about it
NEWSMAX: More than 21 million people were adding to Medicaid due to covid. Should those people even be on the Medicaid rolls still?

REP. ANDY HARRIS: No. Most of them are what's called the expansion population, so they are able-bodied, healthy people. They are not traditional Medicaid.

There is not a single congressional district in the U.S. where more than 15% of voters support cuts to Medicaid.

They're going to make a movie about this
American war planning usually takes place in highly secure facilities. But the Trump administration planned its strikes on the Houthis using a group chat—and accidentally included The Atlantic’s editor in chief, @jeffreygoldberg.bsky.social. theatln.tc/AmsjsuT6

Doomerism isn't a strategy. Some things you can do today:

- Call the Congress switch line and complain (no, seriously)
- If you can afford to, boycott companies that rolled back DEI.
- Support Black-owned brands and Black art/writing/books
- Support local farmers
- Attend a DC-based protest

Anyone who's visited any Mexican border city knows this + remembers when they were militarized around 2 decades ago + all the national guards AMLO sent
Any news outlet reporting Mexico conceded anything to Trump to get him to delay tariffs has not done its homework.
Trump boasts he got Mexico to commit to stationing 10K troops at our border. Apparently he didn't realize Mexico already has 15K troops deployed there
