Whenever law enforcement agents are given a quota of a specific number of people to arrest or detain, especially with the WH policy director screaming at their superiors to hit those target numbers, bad things are going to happen. Quotas always result in civil rights violations.

I witnessed Jan 6 in DC. I witnessed the protests in LA.
The only violence I have seen in LA is from law enforcement. The only violence I saw in DC was from the crowd.
