Good news: I figured out terrainpaint, which is the dynamic system that draws the zoomed in ground texture rather than having a preset uvmapped png.
Lightmap baking still eludes me.

I’ll be honest, I don’t really see a meaningful difference between this and the ragebait version. “Games become obsolete when new versions come out” is still a stupid mindset even if you’re sad about it.
So this is just legitimate ragebait. The context was specifically about expanding the Nintendo IPs and the Nintendo Museum where they can see and use old hardware. Here's the question and answer
