The biggest enabler for creativity is stability. I wish that was made more central to the creative narrative. Figure out what your specific needs are to limit stressors and enable "boring" time and work to achieve that as hard as you're practicing your art.

Alex's deadline is Saturday. If you've ever shared an 'oh no' comic - especially if you shared this doctored one with a fourth panel added! rude! - then chuck them a quick donation for their horrible, horrible legal battle.

been working on a goofy and gay supervillain comic in my free time lately. I have also developed a strong interest in vintage book/magazine covers and movie posters. so of course, instead of working on the actual comic, i decided to make cheesy covers of each character lol. here’s two so far.
a character poster inspired by 1950's-80's pulp horror magazine covers. a person with short greying red hair and a beard struggle in the grasp of two ghastly zombie-like figures. they are wearing a green sweater vest and a long brown skirt. in the background a large skeleton reaches forebodingly toward a group of people. the text reads: (title) DECLAN GRAYE (subtitle) Witness the unsettling power of their clairvoyant nightmares... (at the bottom of the page) This is more than just a bad dream! a poster reminiscent of 1920s movie poster (specifically based off of “the woman from hell” 1929 movie poster) a girl with short blond hair, a pink sweater, and purple skirt dances happily. one side of the frame next to her is frozen over, and the other side is melting. the background is bright red graphic rays overlayed stark blue. the title reads “Flux” and the subtitle cheesily adds “She’ll raise hell… then freeze it over!”

Also, part of the reason we did bought InfoWars is because people on Bluesky told us it would be funny to buy InfoWars. And those people were right. This is the funniest thing that has ever happened.

If you as a player are showing up and expecting to be entertained without putting anything in, you're approaching #TTRPGs with the wrong mindset.

You and everyone else at the table, DMs and players, invest in the game to have fun as a group.

I’ve been working on some clown tarot! Here is The Fool, portrayed by a happy-go-lucky hobo clown.
