My answer to this is always your local comic book shop or independent book store--either should be able to order both books easily if they don't have them in stock. But if you don't have one of those nearby, Bookshop is good, too: bookshop.org/beta-search?...

On some purely intellectual level I get the echo chamber argument. In a perfect world everybody would be working for the same benevolent goals and disagreements about the how's and wherefores would be handled through spirited debate like the School of Athens or whatever. But we're not in that world.
