I really cannot imagine going to all the trouble of getting elected to the Senate only to get there and decide not to stand up for healthcare, or democracy, or people’s ability to afford their lives. If those things aren’t worth fighting for, then truly what is?

Religious freedom for 1 should not result in legal oppression for others. This is the point of separation of church & state. This is what "Don't tread on me" means. 🤦♀️
