I’z looking after da pawrents and my brofur at dis difficult time so I may not be around.

It’s Roast Dinner Day. Brock has been up early and has cooked up a feast. Nana Brock and pals are all looking forward to it. He has plenty so please come and join him and help yourself to dinner.

Brock is in the kitchen at HQ , he’s removing roast items from the oven ready to plate up. Maude is watching and has her bib on ready for hers. Nana Brock is in her armchair watching a badger on tv predicting ‘rain, rain, rain in Hedgewatch Woods’ . Imogen and Trev are under the table and Hazel is curled up in the centre of a flower cushion design stool. A large plate of roast dinner with all the trimmings, meat, roast potatoes, sossidges, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, peas and cauliflower with gravy. There’s a large jug of gravy, a jar of Nana Brock’s nip radish sauce and a bottle of Nana Brock’s Nip Berry Wine. Hazel is curled up on a serviette.

A big day for our beautiful boy Gizmo who is 10 today! It’s his first without dear Buddy who we miss so much and so today we celebrate the joy and love they have brought us from the minute we met them.

Buddy and Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cats as kittens sitting at the open door in the carrier which brought them home! They’re about 8-9 weeks old here and already much larger than most cats at that young age. In fact they may be bigger than some adult cats! Even here you can tell who is who by markings, floof and ear size…Gizmo is sitting upright on the left and Buddy is lying down behind him. The familiar white chest coats and snow dipped paws of both are already on display! Long time fans of Buddy and Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cats know this classic well! They are about 14 weeks old here and enjoying life in their forever home. They’re lying down together on a pine wood floor leaning against the bottom step of the house stairs. Both cats are looking right off camera. Gizmo is on the left and Buddy is on the right. Gizmo’s ears are already pointing for the sky with their orange tips and Buddy’s have the same tips but are set wider than his brother’s. Their coats are floofing up nicely! Another classic of the boys posing on their cream coloured cat tree. Buddy is on a plinth above Gizmo but set to the right of his brother’s head. Both are looking towards the camera - Gizmo has greener eyes than Buddy who has more golden coloured eyes. Their gorgeous orange floof is lit beautifully by the sunlight, giving them an almost angelic glow. Both boys look like proud handsome lions. It’s the birthday boy Gizmo on his 10th birthday! He’s sitting on top of his cream cat tree looking towards the camera with the back garden visible. His white chest coat sweeps down his front and his warm orange fur looks soft and luscious.

It’s Remembrance Day and Brock is sitting out by the ‘Paws for Thought’ pond with his cuppa as it’s such a beautiful morning.
It’s also Social Media Kindness Day, so he’s got a cuppa and cake to share if you’d like to take one.
