Random baseball stats: In 1973 the #SFGiants’ Ron Bryant went 24-12 and threw 270 innings. He was not in the top 20 innings eaters in MLB. Wilbur Wood started 48 games, going 24-20 and throwing 359.1 innings. Gaylord Perry had 344 IP with 29 complete games. Different era not really that long ago.

Listened to @rog61.bsky.social great podcast w/ Katie Woo about StL Cardinals player dev system & how it compares to the #SFGiants system. I’m sure @busterposey.bsky.social & Randy Winn are aware that improving/rebuilding that area is imperative. Hope to see a new approach soon.
