went to the aviation Museum on the city outskirts. Beautiful displays and got to sit in the Vulcan! :D

Deep cleaned the flat and did some tidying, and now about to try my hand at doing a little project with some old Tees that don't fit/ too worn to use.

So, had my asthma re iew on Monday. Had my weight taken at 103kg (down from 115kg taken at a seperate appointment in July) so a loss of 12 kg in 3 months.
but after a check today, I have lost 1.2kg in 4 days. But not gone out of my way more with exercise or a change of a strict diet.

My morning has been drinking coffe and watching a cat outside as they chill and wander along the rail track outside the flat.
(not an active(ish) line - used by the Mid Norfolk Railway so little chance of the cat coming to harm)

This week is full of being an adult and organising, researching and planning. Gonna be *hopefully* buying my flat I've rented for 9 years.
It would be better in the long run if the cost pm is similar or less than my rent, but with rents rising in the area,its worth a go.

Today marks the day that my Car is 100% paid off. It's finally mine!Which means a big saving per month to put to things in mind for it (hopefully :3)
