i can see queer themes in her work. (im not identifying as a gaylor) i just say it as someone with english teacher complex. taylor hasn't felt the need to comment on her sexuality so I'm not speculating on her as a person in any way - I've just read a lot of queer analysis that makes sense. it's art

People dont want you to have queer interpretations bc they dont want queer interpretations to flourish. To be encoded alongside the art in history as a contemporary understanding that the art was queer. In doing so it's easier to erase the queerness from the narrative, to pretend it was never there.

being a poc gaylor is a bit hard ngl. i know this is a very inclusive space but i didn't have the best social experience at the concert I went to, and idk if it's a european thing or im reading too much into it but it felt a bit racist, what i went through.
