As disruptive cyber campaigns extend out of conflict zones to impact everyone, @guehenno.bsky.social, Olivia Grinberg, Jason Healey write that the world needs a multistakeholder model for cyber peace, which requires cooperation between the private sector and international organizations.
A Multistakeholder Model of Cyber Peace
The international community needs a new model for maintaining peace and security in cyberspace.

Is there a plan behind Trump’s chaos? Maybe on the Middle East. Israel wants to kill 2 states solution, Trump doesn’t want another big war. Possible that he helps Israel kill 2-states solution with his unimplementable gambit on Gaza, while he reopens diplomatic track with Iran? Or not!

Ischinger’s is absurd: 1/Bringing China troops to Europe would be a provocation for Trump. 2/ Troops from countries not strongly committed to Ukraine would pull out if there was a risk of war. 3/ Ukraine would be as opposed to that “guarantee“ as Putin to the presence of NATO countries troops.
Finally, Ischinger comes to the main point, urges sending Chinese, Indian, Brazil troops (all BRICS countries, Russia's allies), and MAYBE SOME European troops (Hungary?) His argument: Russia would not attack Chinese troops. Ischi, Russia would not need. China will just let Russia go through. /6 ⬇️

Al-Sharaa is right not to rush elections and constitution in Syria. But the longer the transition, the greater the need for an impartial broker to manage it & organize credible elections. Excluding the UN would be a grave mistake, that will only create very legitimate suspicions.

Réaction de la presse américaine, critique de peines selon elle trop légères, et demandant que tous reçoivent des peines plus sévères.

Today in Silicon Continent: why is US tech racing ahead of Europe?
It's all about superstars. A few top firms drive most progress:
- SpaceX = 80% of space cargo.
- 95% of AI chips made by one firm.
- 2 companies made all approved mRNA vaccines.

One can argue whether a legal process is the best avenue to stop the war in Gaza, but if one believes that international justice can help build the rule of law in international relations, making a distinction between our friends and others is an insult to the very idea of justice.
