Oh man. I didn’t sleep last night. Trazodone interferes with the antidepressants I was prescribed so I had to go without. It maybe harder to sleep now for the next few weeks…yaaaaaaay…..on a side note today’s my first day on Ritalin for my adhd. I’m excited to see how that goes

Starting today I will finally be starting antidepressants (and ADHD medication tomorrow). I’ve been putting this off for so long bc I’ve not had the energy to do anything, but now I’m finally making taking the next steps in taking back control of my life and mental health
