I was a Machinist Mate in the Navy on a oiler USS Neosho AO-143 homeported at Norfolk, Va. 1970-74. A very special 4 years of my life. I was born and raised in Iowa. I have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. My great great grandmother is a Jew. My great grandparents both sides came from Germany.

I'm also physically handicapped. My back is broken and the VA says I'm not a good candidate for surgery. I also have a heart kicker in my left shoulder. I'm a Southern Baptist Deacon.

I am blind because of diabetis. I can read stuff on my phone with the help of dark mode and extra large fonts. My wife is my caregiver. I live in southern Missouri about an hour from the Arkansas border. Jesus keeps me level headed.
