Final round of Prem before we return to Champions Cup action. The Sit of the Weeks have a distinct theme from the Yanks this week, Quins back rowers. Alex Dombrandt for Ben and Chandler Cunningham-South for Jarrod. Start of the Week also has a theme, fellas wearing the 13 shirt. Lots of Start or Sit advice from the Yanks as we start Champions Cup Fantasy this week. There's a Prem Rugby flavor to Jarrod's Of the Week picks with Kalaveti Ravouvou from Bristol as his Start of the Week and Guy Pepper of Bath as his Sit of the Week. Ben has gone with a bigger variety with Gregory Aldritt as his Start of the Week from La Rochelle and Will Le Roux from Bulls as his Sit of the Week.

The Fantasy Rugby Yanks return to their fantasy shenanigans. The Starts and Sits of the Week have a theme, all of them are back three players. Jarrod has gone for Rodrigo Isgro of Harlequins for his Start of the Week, while he's calling to sit Max Malins of Saracens. Ben has gone with Ollie Hassel-Collins of Leicester for his Start of the week, while strongly reccomending Tom O'Flaherty of Sale have a seat.

Week 2 lineups have been released, you know what that means! It's time for some Free Bad Advice from your favorite Yanks...we hope. It's Start or Sit from #TFRY for Round 2 of Prem Rugby.
Round two of Prem rugby brings the Yanks thoughts for fantasy rugby lineups. Starts of the Week for the boys both come from the same club. Ben has gone for the Leicester stand off, Orlando Bailey while Jarrod has gone for the ever reliable winger Ollie Hassell-Collins. Sits of the week are from the same game as well, Jarrod has advised to pine Newcastle's middle man, George McGuigan and Ben has advised against Exeter's number 10, Harvey Skinner.
