A student with a visual impairment attends a school that receives federal funding. The student does best when they can take photographs of the material presented and videorecord the session. The professor has denied the request. Are professors in the position to deny accommodations? #section504 #ADA

Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Americans with Disabilities Act: Instructors at Colleges and Unis who receive federal fndg are not providing accommodations to students with disabilities. What's your experience?
