#Hallucination is one thing, but incorrect #retrieval multiplies the possible sources of where-the-fuckup-is. If it's not an #embedding, then it's a simple scrape. Is THAT the issue? I've seen screenshots of crisp text fail in OCR but if it's the same resource in PDF with strings, there's no issue.
