For this I was asked to make a Troll mask based on their original character with a moving jaw. It's all hand carved, dyed, and painted leather sitting at around 11 oz in thickness
I'm pretty happy with how it came out, and the tongue out of the eye was super fun

For this mask I was asked to make a skull mask that their character would wear. So I went louder with the strap system to force the look, and I carved their requested symbol into the forehead

This one is part of my current kit. It is all hand carved, dyed, and painted 10 oz leather. And the jaw moves when I talk, helping with breathing while on the field
I'll post the rest of my armor later once I figure out how to do it nicely since I doubt anyone wants to see an individual bracer 😅

I've got a ton of masks that I'll be posting online
For this mask, their character was turned into a doll, so to get the look I glued linen to a think leather base. Then I applied watered down paint to the seams and sealed after that before stitching everything

I just finished a dragon mask!
It's hand carved, dyed, and painted leather sitting at 12 oz in thickness. I gave it an articulated lower jaw so it'll move when they open their mouth, and the horns on top are removable for more customization

I was asked to make a Goblin mask for someone and figured I'd show it off a bit! It's all hand carved, dyed, and painted leather, sitting around 12 oz in thickness. They wanted a bit of battle damage without going crazy with it, so I spread out a few scars for funzies.

I just finished a Forest Troll commission!
It has an articulated lower jaw that'll move then they talk, as well as I made the nose bone and tusks removable so when the person takes the field, the odds of catching a 12 o'clock shot it a bit reduced. All hand carved and formed leather!

A while back I made a Leshy mask.. so I did a thing!
It's all hand carved, dyed and painted leather at around 10 oz in thickness. I gave it an articulated lower jaw so it'll move when they talk, and I widened the eye holes so that it can be worn with glasses.
