One of the games and concepts that I was looking for in VR was the old Star Trek Bridge Crew. Coop or single-player crew running a large naval-feeling ship. No dogfighting in space, but a slower tactical pace that requires thought and planning. I haven't found anything yet, but I am hopeful.
