Had a productive fieldwork trip with to Edinburgh for our study of institutional change in devolved systems of the UK. As in 2000, the Scottish Parliament Members were lively, blunt, funny, and in-depth. A highlight was having MSP Clare Adamson take us on the floor of the debate chamber at Holyrood.
