I could hear a weird hissing from on top of the fire. Upon closer inspection it turned out to be the lighter I used to light it that I'd left on top and it was hissing cos the plastic was melting and it was about to explode

I've also just thought, I wish the book gave better advice on writing new adversaries. Especially when it comes to "balancing" abilities.
It's not a perfect system. There's a few things that I'd really like to see, stuff like a proper price guide to items like health potions, and especially better guides for using Environments. It also needs WAY more adversaries but it's still a young system

Finished my first Daggerheart campaign on Sunday, as a GM.
I don't know if it's just Not D&D and something new but I have to say I really enjoyed it. It runs really smoothly, the players all had a great time and felt their characters had plenty of cool stuff to do

I've got to say I'm quite enjoying The Witcher S4. I think it's almost certainly better that S3. They lost something truly special with Cavill going but it's a good reminder that the show was never just about him, in the way the story was never just about Geralt

Loaded up Space Marine 2 siege mode .
First game a bug got trapped under the map so had to leave.
Second game the countdown timer went down to 1 then reset to 5.
Third game had an AFK in lobby.
Am I just cursed this evening???

He was murdered while looking at the remains of his dogs at his own house that was burnt down.

I have made a linguistic discovery. In Hot Fuzz the Andes are both called Andrew but their surnames are Wainwright and Cartwright. Linguistically they both mean the same thing, both of those are names for someone who makes and restores carts or wagons. So even their surnames are essentially the same
