Totally agree with this. Get him a decent manager to work with and I think he can do well.
The Roma 'chaos' says to me we need to keep Thelwell on. Let the new CEO sort the commercial side but we need consistency on the sporting side.
Hold him to high standards but I think he's earned a new deal. Academy work has been great and he's had some good hits in difficult circumstances.

I did a BA in Social Policy. My first job was as a crime analyst for the Met Police. I’m now the Chief Business Intelligence Officer for a Russel Group university.
