Made an ATIP request for military records in 2022, just heard back - they said the file was already open. My Michael Joseph O'Sullivan was 1892-1952, the open file was for a man with the same name 1918-1942. Now it looks like I have to start over again.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Tim Cook.
One of Canada's best historians, his books were fantastic. He was nice enough to give me a tour of the Canadian War Museum where he was the chief historian.
