HOW - "tutorial"
Tentacle is surface deform bound to a strip (mesh), that follows a curve (if you want) and then that stip has the physics. better than giving the physics to a tentacle in hopes it preserves the shape.

Animation is super lazy as i was just testing fluid sims and materials
