With all of the worries regarding big tech and the current regime in the White House, I don’t see nearly enough conversations being had regarding security and privacy concerns or how to better unplug from a lot of these companies, or at least be less reliant.

Been wanting to get back to writing horror stories, especially with Halloween around the corner. My only problem is that I feel like I’ve been living through collective horrors with others that trump whatever I could write.

If sociologists and historians haven’t decided yet on a title for this decade, I feel that we should call it the “rotting twenties”.

Being friends with conservatives or fascists as a minority they dislike doesn’t really exist, so long as they are consistent with their values. It reminds me of the Association of German National Jews under Nazi Germany. Their fate is one you likely wouldn’t need to look up in a history book…

Finally remembered this place existed. So far, it’s what I wanted twitter to be like when some friends convinced me to join it in 2016. That is to say, I definitely prefer being on here.

Despite everything going on in the world, it’s good to see people trying to both build up hope and energy for action. Can’t give up now.
