As a local reporter for the Jacksonville Daily News, I interviewed the late Rep. Walter Jones many times. Three months after his death in Feb. 2019, I stopped by his Washington, D.C. office. I saw this picture up on the wall and took a photo of it. I had forgotten I had taken it until today.
