I’m really enjoying the whooping Indigo’s customer service is getting on social media. Yesterday I spent no less than two hours in 20 min tranches trying to speak to a human about simply adding my surname to a ticket (not changing my name). It was impossible to reason with them.

Gonna say something - don’t be mean after I say it - it’s a ME problem and I love this new no followers sitch - I can’t drink coffee in most cafes. It’s just not to my taste. I’ve tried all the options. Also the food is now MIDiterranean and I’m bored.
