On Friday, my son stayed home from school because he had a sore throat and wasn’t feeling well. He went with my husband to his office for the morning while I handled our daughter. When he came back at lunch, he was not interested in eating, saying his throat hurt too much. 1/n

I was denied permission to host a roundtable at the Puget Sound VA to hear from women veterans about their health care.

I have NEVER been outright denied from having open & honest conversations with VA—until this administration.

I'm demanding an answer from VA Secretary, Doug Collins.

I was a social security recipient from the age of 12 through 18. That’s not some weird thing or corruption. It’s called survivors’ benefits. You don’t have to know this. You’re blessed if you don’t. But if you’re going to speak publicly abt the program you need to know this.
Jeanine: We found out there are people who are between the ages of one and four who are getting social security

Jessica: That's the benefit for kids whose parents are dead.
