@jonholmes.bsky.social Congratulations. Gold. Fantastic. Well deserved, I may be biased, but I do think that you do make some fucking great radio. Always have.
Still owe you a pint or 6.

Really vivid dreams last night. In it, I bought a cd of Elvis Costello Covers performed by Nik Kershaw. That's it. That is the whole dream. The thing is, I now want this album to be real.

Given the recent news and leaks, I do hope @jonholmes.bsky.social is given free reign on The Naked Week to fulfill the charter's wish that Nation Shall Speak Truth Unto Nation. Be it Starmer, Trump, Epstein BBC, Savile, Andy Windsor and all points in between. And connected.

@jonholmes.bsky.social There's definitely something wrong with me. On hearing tonight's news, the first thing I thought of was Goodier's Living in a Box Boxset voiceover.

Watching Hue & Cry on BBC 2 Doing Looking for Linda. What a patronising performance. Misogynistic shite.

This government respects violent racists more than peaceful protestors - how can they not see that this is destroying the country but also destroying them - I remain bamboozled by how they cannot see how they are alienating so many people and winning over no one - it is a bloody fever dream

Saddened to hear about Dave Ball's Death. Soft Cell were a huge part of the Soundtrack to my teens, and to be honest the last 40 years of my life. RIP.

Of course, they eat swans, why not. Definitely easier than nicking a Ginsters or a bag of crisps. Nigel Farage is a walking Cancer.

I think we need some clarity from news organisations concerning when they cover marches. And when they vox pop and broadcast people on the marches. And when they lead news bulletins with marches. And when they do none of these things.

Dear Doctor Who, if it does ever come back, Sanjeev Bhaskar, that's The Doctor we deserve.
See also any Dirk Gently reboots.
