Did a nine course taster at a two Michelin star place in Palermo tonight. A proper new discovery was Argentinian sweetbread (mollejas). If you ever get the opportunity to try it, do it.

Essentially the only way to get in is pay over the odds but I’d urge everyone to go and see Boca if the opportunity ever arises.
I’ve watched games in Germany and Italy and this really was another level.
