scarlet witch example is mostly an MCU thing (it happens to an extent in the comics, but it's less 'she gets power and goes mad' and more 'shes always had power and Goes Mad as a result of a lifetime of trauma and manipulation', albeit handled poorly) so that's just jean grey x2, carrie
