New Yorkers are usually decent to each other so I presume the people I encountered on the subway tonight were not New Yorkers. First, on a crowded subway train, a totally oblivious guy kept his oversized Patagonia backpack on his back and swung it around with abandon with no care for anyone else. 🧵
