When I hear right wing journalists and conservative politicians say stop blaming us. Who the hell was running the country into the ground for 14yrs. Are they still in denial. However those losers have no loyalty they jumped ship and joined the other charlatans called Reform.

We are coming close to the rubber meeting the road. Do we want NHS do we want social care do we want social and local services. It must be paid for. Tax is the only way. It must be fair on this occasion the strong must carry the weak .

It would appear to be obvious all doctors must complete the additional qualifications to work as a GP. I may be talking through a lack knowledge of the medical profession but it is a solution. We do need GPs.
This is madness. We have a desperate shortage of doctors yet the BMA is reporting a GP jobs ‘crisis’ leaves qualified doctors considering unemployment benefits!
How is this even happening? We urgently need to fix this

I wish to rejoin the EU but recognise that this government has no intention of doing so. I concede that this deal will benefit the country on that basis i grudgingly accept. Now we have to listen to those naysayers that failed us with a crap Brexit deal cry sell out and surrender.
