I am pretty sure at this point I have pinched a nerve in my left shoulder blade. I'm on day four of horrible pain. We've tried pretty much everything at this point, massage ball, hot shower, bath, heating/cooling packs, heating pad etc.
I'm buying myself a massage gun..
