Just had a gluten free scone at a corporate event. Somehow gf flour and sultanas had been convinced to stay in the shape of a scone until I bit it and then it became a cloud of flour and sultanas and a mushy paste in my mouth. I still ate it, for which I am regretful.

Entirely unrelated to anything important but I'm losing some weight to be healthier and I appear to be exclusively losing weight from my fingers. The only change in the last month is my wedding ring keeps falling off
