A 50 year mortgage is a wild parlay. The bank is essentially betting in 2075 there is still a country/civilzation, they are still in business, and the loan holder is still alive. That trifecta is a real long shot.

If you would have told me on 9/12/2001 that I would live to see a Muslim mayor of NYC named Zohran I wouldn’t have believed you. I don’t think anyone would. I only bring that up to highlight how astounding and refreshing this win is. There isn’t a right God in American politics at least today in NYC

America may not be what we once were, but I truly believe we still lead the world. Maybe not in eductaion but definitely when it comes to citizen detectives that can analyze crime scenes. No nation spends more time viewing murder shows and documentaries. 🇺🇸 🔪

The young republicans chat is a great example of how we fail to view racism through the right lens. Racism is a privilege, in that it is the practice exclusively of those with more than they earned. People struggling to eat don’t even think about the color of who fed them, or who helped them.

I watched about 12 seconds of the Trump/Hegseth address to a room full of people with thousands of years of combat experience before I started to wonder if “code reds” were real. And if so can they be a “manage the manager” technique?
