I read too many books, drink too much tea and have too many opinions. Currently lost in a fictional world. Mentally dating fictional people. Allergic to everything.
Do I know what this book is about… not really. Did I like it… yes. Why did I like it… I don’t know, maybe because I still don’t know what happened 🤷🏼‍♀️

Apparently there is an account with “lists” of I guess bad book people, and I am on one of these “lists” I guess for supporting the LGBTQ+ community. 🤷🏼‍♀️ If someone put me on a list for that I’m gonna count it a win. Anyway… here’s some queer books I liked 😁

Pardoning and commuting sentences of people who attacked police officers on Jan 6th 2021 seems like a metaphor for how the country will be run for the next 4 years 🤦🏼‍♀️

Trump Grants Sweeping Clemency to All Jan. 6 Rioters
The extraordinary pardons and commutations extended to those who committed both violent and nonviolent crimes on Jan. 6, including assaulting police officers and seditious conspiracy.

A couple books about motherhood, how it changes your life, how you have to adapt and do what you can to care for yourself and your child, and the societal expectations placed on mothers.

To all of my non-binary and Transgender friends who are feeling sad, angry, and disheartened about what the orange man said today… I see you… this message is for you.

I wonder if the Good Omens actors will have anything to say about Neil Gaiman? I would find it really hard to work on anything that provides that man with royalties after hearing the stories of those women.

Why do I love Rachel Harrison’s books you ask? Okay so you didn’t ask, I’m gonna tell you anyway.
I love that they are all realistic life situations that happen to be set to horrific circumstances.
She’s dealing with a new life changing condition. Happens to be werewolf 😏
