Flat bread dough resting after its first quick knead. After a quick rest, it’ll get cut into small sections, folded (to build some air pockets!), shaped into little rounds, then I’ll put it away in the fridge. Nice thing about this dough: you just roll out & cook flat bread when you want to eat it.

I have in my calendar that tomorrow is Yom Kippur and also the day you can go online and order more free covid tests from covid.gov/tests! May we all be sealed in the happier book & get our free tests in the mail in a timely fashion

Am deeply unimpressed w/ Trader Joe’s ready-made roasted vegetables. Am re-roasting them myself, after adding more seasoning, and am going to make veg soup with them after that.
This is really a ripoff product. Very crappy. Do not buy.
