Great to see! Report is a little inaccurate: BIIGC doesn’t meet twice a year- it meets 3/4 times a year now, but isn’t obliged to (didn’t meet at all from 07 to 18). I think reporter is confusing it with BIC? Headline B-I conf a bit vague too! www.bbc.com/news/article...
