I'm really sad that I've never yet been able to take @estherderby.bsky.social and Don Gray's Problem Solving Leadership (PSL) course. I've heard so many great things about it from so many people.

It teaches people how to build and lead the best possible teams.

When is "move fast and break things" a valid strategy?

When is it idiotic and/or unethical?

Discuss.

You can’t judge people only by how they treat you. The true test of character is how they treat those they don't like or need.

Even if someone is kind to you, proceed with caution if they’re consistently unkind to others.

Selective civility is a sign of deep-seated hostility.

At this point in my product journey, I’m pretty sure I’ve got more questions than answers.

Less about what’s the best framework for blah, blah, blah.

More about how do you work effectively with folks who don’t see eye to eye with you.

It's an interesting paradox, isn't it? The combined pay of software developers globally is roughly $1.5 trillion annually. And yet we train them on a shoestring.
