I’ve been thinking about this but I loved the daily show and Jon Stewart. Jon left. Took me a minute to warm up to Trevor but really liked him by the end. Actually still watch tds, but skip mondays because I can’t stand Stewart. He got mean and smug. Am I wrong?

I do the same. I’m loving being able to see only the things I want. Art, content creators, pets with politics interspersed. And no hate or name calling. I love it here.
Pro tip: When a maga enters the chat, I go to their profile page. But before I block them, I first block all of their maga followers and maga following, back my way out and block the OP last.

One thing I’m doing with the troll accounts that people are posting to block, is going to their accounts and seeing who’s following them and who they are following to find out who else to block. Then I block them.

I’m following a lot of people right now and I’m good with it. It’s like when you start a new job. People are friendly be friendly back. But as time go by I’m going to be much more careful of who I keep following.

One thing I appreciate (and I know it’s been said). Is how protective people are here. The block lists are on point. I haven’t seen one negative post on my timeline that is now populated by art, galaxies, nebulas, authors talking about their books, public libraries. It’s really lovely.

This is not important in the scheme of things but my laptop hates me. Twice in the last three days certain sections of my keyboard have decided not to work. Then magically they start to work again. It’s really hard to do paperwork without the letter “e”
