The words 'wheel', 'cycle', and 'chakra' are distantly related.

Via Germanic, Greek and Sanskrit, they can be traced back to Proto-Indo-European, the reconstructed common ancestor of these languages. Sound changes made them grow apart.

Moreover, 'Ku Klux (Klan)' is related too.
