My neighbors never cease to inspire me. Today I felt the energy + power of people — regular, everyday people — united against oligarchy, fascism, hatred. Hundreds in Aberdeen + Shelton + Hoodsport, WA joined 7 million across the country. The largest single day of protest in history. No Kings Here 🙅🏽♀️👑

@seattletimes reports federal officers from US Customs & Border Patrol showed up to ask for IDs, order the firefighters not to record the incident, arrest two members of the fire fighting crew.

I don’t believe Trump and Republicans will stop trying to attack our healthcare, but this is a win. Medicaid keeps people alive. It keeps rural hospitals open. It pays for longterm care for so many seniors. Attacking Medicaid is unconscionable and unpopular.
