Yes, EM should be led primarily at the local level in terms of response, but with RESOURCES. You can't just cut off top-down support without addressing the gaps in local resources, training, and expertise.

So let me get this straight..Canada Post reports $748 million in losses, but Canada Post owns 91% of Purolator, who had $2.7 billion in revenue last year, and they can't afford union demands?
It was a Canada Post strike that led to us getting parental leave in in 1981. 💌 Support Postal workers 💗
