So great to see this research finally published. Huge congrats to @abbeymarcotte.bsky.social for taking all of the different groups' data and bringing it together into a coherent narrative - no small task and you've produced an excellent paper!

We studied how wildfires and drought mobilise legacy metal contaminants from peatlands, focusing on the 2018 Stalybridge Moor fire in the UK.
